Currently I am the World Wide Program Director for Public Sector Strategy and Solutions for IBM’s Enterprise Content Management software division.  In my role Campbell I am responsible for providing strategy and subject matter expertise to governments and business partners. My primary focus is to help public healthcare and government organizations make informed decisions on how they can successfully align people, process and policy with ECM based technology.

With over 20 years of experience working with government and healthcare organizations to deploy best of breed technology solutions, I have amassed an extensive background in IT sales, marketing and business development to Public Sector organizations. Before coming to IBM, I worked as Director of Government Solutions at FileNet and Open Text Corporation where I was responsible for the public sector strategy and go-to-market planning. As well I managed the Government User’s Communities of Practice roll-out and development. Earlier in my career, I held positions of increasing responsibility at Oracle, where I worked for over 10 years.  Serving as Canadian Business Development Manager for e-business and e-government, I worked with the global public sector group and played a pivotal role in defining Oracle’s government customer and market positioning.  Further, I led the effort to identify and develop Smart Communities for Federal and Municipal Canadian government agencies.
